An evening devoted to connecting to our reservoir of inner peace and to our hearts.
Our lives are busy and the world is a noisy place. We are often so distracted by the demands of our lives and so focused on doing, that we don’t know how to be still, to connect with our hearts. This is what our bodies and minds truly want. This is what our spirit demands. Through the singing of chants from many of the world’s traditions followed by meditation we will leave our frenetic lives, responsibilities and technology behind, and to learn to reconnect with our reservoir of inner peace an...d with our deepest selves.

No special singing ability or experience with meditation required.
