Why Chant...why not?
There are many benefits of chanting- meditation, like finding a sense of peace and a more open access to our intuition or guidance. A chanting- meditation practice has a healing component:from stress reduction, to lowering blood pressure and heart rate. It can energize us and lift our spirits. It can help us heal on all levels. A practice of chanting-meditation, that is, chanting followed by periods of extended meditation or silence, can help each of us to access the Wisdom that is within all of us. Over a period of time not only is it possible to enrich your inner, but also your outer life, thus helping us to create a more seamless flow through our journey.
